Botanical orienteering with the schools of Roseto

Today, 31 May 2013, in the botanical garden of Torre Cerrano the classes 2A and 2B of the middle school of Roseto created an exciting botanical orienteering game in the presence of the jury: Prof. Antonio Antonucci of the University of Padua and the Cerrano Guides Mario Cipollone and Alberto Miccadei. The young participants paid a lot of attention to the description of the plants and showed a particular ability to identify the plant species in the botanical garden.
The group led by Aurora ranked first with the time of 3’13”, while the groups of Alessio (3’48”) and Gregorio (4’16”) ranked 2nd and 3rd.
Thanks to all the participants and teachers from the members of the jury for the beautiful morning spent together, in the company of the squirrels of the Tower!
